Inspections and Estimates

An inspection reports what can be seen and safely reached at the time. Some conditions, like soft decking under old shingles, cannot be confirmed until tear-off.

If the scope or cost needs to change, we explain why and get your agreement first.

Insurance Claims

You remain in charge of your insurance claim. Our role is limited to documenting damage, attending the adjuster's inspection and providing supplement information; coverage decisions rest with your insurer.
