Roof Repair in Lilburn, GA
Find the hole. Fix the hole. Skip the sales pitch for a roof you may not need.
One Drip Rarely Means a Whole New Roof
Lots of roofs are basically sound with a single weak spot. The rubber collar around a vent pipe dries out and cracks. Wind peels back a few tabs on one corner. Flashing pulls away from a wall. A fastener works loose and gives rain a path. None of those require replacing anything beyond the problem itself. What takes skill is locating it. Rain often travels down the wood sheathing a good distance before it falls, so the brown ring on your ceiling can sit well downhill of the actual opening. We follow the trail from the attic and from the shingles until we find the start, take pictures and put a price on paper. Sometimes the honest answer is that the roof is worn out everywhere and the fix would last a season. When that is the case you will hear it, so you can plan instead of paying again and again. Patches use shingles that match as closely as possible, get sealed properly and are double-checked. Old scraps leave with us.
