Do I have to be home during the visit?
Ideally, yes, so the photos can be shown in person. If not, we inspect the outside and go over the findings by phone.
I already filed a claim. Can you still help?
Yes. Have your claim number ready and we can plan to be there when the adjuster visits.
What if it rains on the inspection day?
A wet roof is a slippery roof. We reschedule for the first dry, safe daylight window.
